The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, return or exchange of goods
Each item purchased on www.golfcentrum.online can be returned or exchanged without stating a reason within 30 days from the day of receiving the goods.
Withdrawal from the contract must be done in writing.
REGISTERED eshop customers can do it directly on our eshop site in section My Account – My Orders.
If you were purchasing as an unregistered customer, please contact us in writing by email at the address eshop@golfcentrum.online with a clear statement - you can use our template Withdrawal of the consumer from the purchase agreement (can be downloaded at the bottom of this page).
After the 30-day period it is possible to return only those products that show signs of manufacturing defect or a defect that is covered by a normal consumer warranty.
Procedure for returning or exchanging goods
1. Check the delivered goods immediately after their delivery. Do not use the products and keep its original packaging, tags, labels, etc.
2. The goods can be returned or exchanged within a maximum of 30 days from the day of receiving the goods (damaged goods immediately after delivery). The returned goods must be in the original packaging, with the original tags and labeling of the goods, in unused condition and without any mechanical or other damages, odorless and in whole.
3. REGISTERED e-shop customers can enter their request for return of goods after logging-in with their e-mail address directly through the e-shop in the section My Account – My Orders.
They can also enter there a request for pick-up service of returned goods by our courier. After logging in and entering the return of the goods directly through the e-shop in the My Account - My Orders section. We will send you instructions how to return goods to us through Packeta return-service. It is possible to order the paid Pick up service of returned goods for a fee of 20Eur. We will then order a courier who will pick up the goods from you and deliver them to us.
4. If you were purchasing as an UNREGISTERED customer, please contact us in writing by email at the address eshop@golfcentrum.online with a clear statement - you can use our template Withdrawal from the purchase agreement, which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page, or you can use the pre-filled return form you had received together with the goods. Please pack the goods as a parcel and send them as an insured parcel back to our address or we can send you instructions how to return goods to us through Packeta return-service.
5. Pack the goods as a parcel together with the completely filled out return form Withdrawal from the purchase agreement (can be downloaded at the bottom of this page) and ship according to our sent instructions.
6. After receiving the goods and examining the completeness and integrity of the goods, you will be informed about.further steps.
7. In case of returning the goods and withdrawing from the purchase contract, as long as the returned goods are in accordance with the above conditions, we will refund the purchase price paid for the returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the goods, to the account number that you indicated in the return form.
8. In case of an exchange of goods, enter your new order for the goods you want for exchange (indicate in the note to the order that it is an exchange of goods) and package the goods you want to return and prepare them for sending / send them back to us - see the procedure above.
10. In the event that the goods have not been delivered back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, GOLFCENTRUM.online does not have to exchange the goods or return the purchase price, or may return the current or last valid sales price of the goods.
11. In the event that the returned goods show signs of use, are mechanically damaged and/or are not in the original undamaged packaging, GOLFCENTRUM.online may return the goods to the customer at the customer's expense, or is entitled to compense the damage caused to the goods and their packaging from the funds paid by the customer and to return only the funds reduced by the amount corresponding to its financial claims.
