Transport and delivery of goods
The goods offered on our eshop GOLFCENTRUM.online are in stock. If not stated in the order otherwise, we usually ship within 1-2 days and delivery might take 2-6 days (depending on delivery country).
We deliver to European Union countries.
We use standard courier service companies for our eshop deliveries and charge for delivery according to the rates per country as stated in the CART.
The place of delivery is the address stated by the buyer in the order and confirmed in the shipment confirmation sent by GOLFCENTRUM.online via email.
The shipping company declares to deliver the goods to the buyer should the delivery details stated by the buyer in the order be complete and correct. In case the buyer has not stated a complete address or a valid phone number on which he/she can be contacted, the shipping company cannot guarantee a delivery of the order. The shipping company reserves the right to attempt to deliver the parcel addressed to an individual customer only after a successful phone contact with the receiver.
The shipment charge includes maximum two attempts to deliver. If the shipping company is unable to deliver on the second attempt due to the reasons on buyer’s side, the shipment will be returned to the seller and the seller in entitled to claim the shipment expenses related to returning of the shipment to the seller’s warehouse that will have to be paid to the shipping company from the buyer. Also, further expenses related to re-delivery of the order bears the buyer.
