Warranty Claim

Liability for defects, complaints, warranty

Reasons for Warranty Claim:
Defects occurred on the goods after receiving the goods during their use within the warranty period, which is 24 months. The warranty period begins on the day the customer receives the goods.

Warranty Complaint procedure:

1. Inspect the delivered goods immediately after their delivery. Use the product in the usual way and follow the manufacturer's recommendations when wearing and cleaning it.

2. Report any product defect immediately after discovering it.

3. Before submitting the claim itself, contact us and inform us by e-mail at eshop@golfcentrum.online with stating the product and invoice number, and a description of the defect in the product. 

4. Then send the goods to our designated address as a package (do not send the claimed goods cash on delivery, as we will not accept such a package). In your own interest, send the shipment as a registered package with insurance for the value of the goods (in case of loss or deterioration of the package, you will be able to claim it with a delivery ticket at the post office).

5. Attach a copy of the invoice, or warranty letter (especially for footwear) that you received from us and a completely filled out Warranty Complaint Form, which can be downloaded here, to the claimed goods. 

6. Post the claimed goods at your own expense, and if possible, in the original packaging of the goods. The claimed goods must be sent clean and dry.

7. After receiving the goods, we will inform you about the next steps of the claim and the estimated time of its processing. Complaints will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the claimed goods at the latest. You will be immediately informed by e-mail about the result of the complaint and we will send you the complaint protocol.
