Customer right to return and exchange goods

The reasons to return or exchange goods:

1. You have decided to withdraw from the purchase contract even without giving a reason within 14 working days from the day of receiving the goods (it can be up to 30 days with us). Follow the information in the section Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement.

2. The ordered goods are not good for you and you need to exchange the size or model. Follow the information in the section Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement.

3. You received other goods than you ordered - in this case, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods by e-mail at eshop@golfcentrum.online. Follow the information in the section Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement.

4. You received goods that are damaged – in this case, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods by e-mail at eshop@golfcentrum.online, otherwise your claim might not be accepted. Follow the information in the section Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement.

5. You want to claim the goods within the warranty period - n this case, contact us immediately after discovering a defect in the goods by e-mail at the address eshop@golfcentrum.online, otherwise your claim might not be accepted.  Follow the information in the section Warranty Claim.
